Zephyr Gose is a light German-style wheat beer brewed with mangos, lime, and agave then soured for a crisp finish with fruity notes. 4.5%
Rainbow Sorbet
We brewed this imperial sour to celebrate pride month. It was brewed with heaps of Tangerine, Pineapple, Orange, Lime, and Cherry. 7.5%
Redwood Lager
Best American Lager - Cal State Fair. Light and crisp classic American-style Lager. Brewed with flaked corn, rice and American hops. 5%
Sugi
We brewed this Japanese-style Rice Lager with Motueka hops to be light and crisp. 4.8%
Wet Hoptober
A German-style Oktoberfest Lager brewed with fresh picked Comet hops from Hoppin' Raccoon Ranch in Clarksburg, CA. 5.2%
Heartwood
Collab with New Glory. Fogbelt and New Glory brewed this beer to celebrate one of our new favorite styles, brewed with loads of Alora, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops. 5.8%
Atlas
Light and crisp with a fruity hop aroma and a clean finish. The Atlas tree stands in an old grove in Prairie State Park, which is home to a number of the largest redwood trees. 5.3%
Stardusk
This Hazy IPA is bursting with tropical fruit and citrus from El Dorado and Idaho 7 hops. The Stardusk redwood tree stands in Humboldt at 357.1 feet tall. 6.8%
Farm Fresh
Wet hop beers are only made during harvest time and celebrate the end of the season. These Comet and Brewers Gold hops were grown by 16 Quartz Hop Farm in Plymouth, California as part of our ongoing collaboration with the NorCal Hop Growers Alliance. 6.5%
Alliance
We brewed this IPA with fresh picked Comet and Triumph hops from Blossom & Bine Hopyard in Santa Rosa. 6.5%
Luke's Lookout
Clean, West Coast style, hopped-up with loads of Simcoe, Sultana and Bravo hops. It’s crisp and dry with big notes of pine and fruit. 6.8%
Del Norte
Our flagship IPA is hop-driven with aromas of pine and citrus with a malty finish. The Del Norte Titan is ranked the world’s 5th tallest coastal redwood tree. 7%
Colonel Armstrong
We brewed this West Coast IPA in tribute to one of the most special places in Sonoma County - Armstrong Redwoods State Reserve. It was brewed with El Dorado, Centennial, and Mosaic hops. 7.3%
Screaming Giant
This Double IPA is double dry-hopped and screaming with fruit, dank and citrus aroma. Named after a redwood tree in Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park. 8.3%
Hyperion
Pine and citrus hop aromas balanced with rich caramel and deep ruby color. Hyperion is the world’s tallest known tree at 379 feet and growing in Redwood National Park. 7%
Javelin
Javelin is a German-style tart wheat beer. We aged it in barrels previously used for Pinot Noir and added plums and apricots. 5%
Fog Water
