Best American Lager - Cal State Fair. Light and crisp classic American-style Lager. Brewed with flaked corn, rice and American hops. 5%

Atlas Blonde

Light and crisp with a fruity hop aroma and a clean finish. The Atlas tree stands in an old grove in Prairie State Park, which is home to a number of the largest redwood trees. 5.3%

Paradox Dark Lager

German-style dark lager brewed with chocolate malt for a light mouth feel with toasty notes. 5%

Stardusk Hazy IPA

This Hazy IPA is bursting with tropical fruit and citrus from El Dorado and Idaho 7 hops. The Stardusk redwood tree stands in Humboldt at 357.1 feet tall. 6.8%

Stratosphere Hazy IPA

Double dry-hopped with Idaho 7, Sabro and El Dorado Hops. This Hazy IPA is named after the world’s 4th tallest tree, located in Humboldt Redwoods State Park. 6.8%

Del Norte IPA

Our flagship IPA is hop-driven with aromas of pine and citrus with a malty finish. The Del Norte Titan is ranked the world’s 5th tallest coastal redwood tree. 7%

Colonel Armstrong

We brewed this West Coast IPA in tribute to one of the most special places in Sonoma County - Armstrong Redwoods State Reserve. It was brewed with El Dorado, Centennial, and Mosaic hops. 7.3%

Screaming Giant

This Double IPA is double dry-hopped and screaming with fruit, dank and citrus aroma. Named after a redwood tree in Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park. 8.3%

Godwood Triple IPA

Godwood is our annual triple dry-hopped salvation, brewed to celebrate 11 years since we opened the brewery. Hops: Nelson, Simcoe, Alora, Bravo. 10.3%

Hyperion

Pine and citrus hop aromas balanced with rich caramel and deep ruby color. Hyperion is the world’s tallest known tree at 379 feet and growing in Redwood National Park. 7%

Federation Giant Stout

Imperial Milk Stout brewed with coffee from Land and Water Coffee and aged in whiskey barrels. 9.8%

Sticky Bun Stout

Imperial Stout aged in whiskey barrels with pecans, vanilla beans, and a special blend of sticky bun spice. 9.5%

Tapestry of Darkness

The brewers of Fogbelt and Cellarmaker came together and brewed a stout so dark its swallows souls. Aged for two years in whiskey barrels, it whispers of secrets best left unspoken. 10%

Javelin

Javelin is a German-style tart wheat beer. We aged it in barrels previously used for Pinot Noir and added plums and apricots. 5%

Fog Water

Fog Water is a hard seltzer brewed in-house that comes in a variety of flavors. Please ask your server for current flavor options. 5.5%
